SHOEI KOGYO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) is committed to protecting the information assets entrusted to it by its customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and criminal acts. In order to meet the trust placed in the Company by its customers and by society, the Company addresses information security on a company-wide basis in accordance with the policy set forth below.
1. Responsibility of Management
The Company strives to continuously improve and strengthen information security in an organized manner, led by management.
2. Establishment of an Internal Structure
The Company establishes an organization to maintain and improve information security, and defines information security measures as official internal rules.
3. Employee Commitment
Employees of the Company acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security, thereby ensuring firm commitment to information security initiatives.
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
The Company complies with the laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, while meeting the expectations of its customers.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of a legal violation, breach of contract, or incident related to information security, the Company responds appropriately and strives to prevent recurrence.
